Compulsory Public Liability Insurance
Regular stallholders are required to have their own Public Liability insurance valued at a minimum of $10 million and provide a copy of the Certificate of Currency Rotary.
Casual stallholders who do not have their own Public Liability insurance or can not provide a copy of the Certificate of Currency to Rotary are required to pay $5 for insurance for each attendance.
Holidays
Regular stallholders who wish to take a break of up to 8 consecutive markets (Willows & Cotters) and wish to keep their site should complete a holiday form. Stallholders should give the holiday form to the Rotary cordinator
or email it to bookings@townsvillerotarymarkets.com.au prior to taking their break.
Prepayment of site fees
Options to prepay site fees include:
Internet transfer (all markets: see market guidelines for details)
Sun City Newsagency, 307 Flinders St, TSV (Cotters: 6am-8am Sundays)
Credit card, contact Operations Manager on 0417 721 822 (all markets: 10am-2pm, Tues-Fri)
Coordinating Rotarian on duty (Willows: Sundays 7am-11am)
Austech Toner Solutions, near taxi rank at Castletown Shopping Centre (All markets: 9-5 Mon-Fri cash or cheque only)
